The group commissions training where a live role needs a skill the candidate does not yet hold. Courses are delivered in market, before anyone travels, by Thrive Workforce Development Institute.
Why it sits inside the group.
Most overseas training is sold speculatively. Someone pays for a certificate, then goes looking for an employer who wants it. The order is wrong, and the person carrying the risk is the one who can least afford it.
Here the demand comes first. A shortage is documented, an employer is real, and the gap between the role and the available candidates is named. Only then is a cohort commissioned, and it is built to close that specific gap.
Delivery is by the institute. Commissioning, curriculum sign-off against the vacancy and placement afterwards sit with the group, which is why training is a business rather than a service we buy in.

Files are checked
Graduates go through the same documentary check as every other candidate before a move progresses.
Placement follows
Graduates are matched through WorkGlobal to the roles the training was written for.
Training is not a guarantee of placement, and completing a course does not promise a job or a visa. Where a candidate contributes to the cost, the terms are stated in writing before enrolment.
