The group works with employers overseas who are short of people. If your skills and documents match what they need, you can be put forward. Nobody here can promise you a job or a visa, and you should be careful of anyone who does.
How it works
Four steps, in plain terms.
Register a profile
You build one profile on WorkGlobal with your experience, your skills and your documents. You do this once, not for every employer.
Your profile is matched
Live roles from employers in our markets are matched against profiles. If you fit a role, you are contacted about it.
Your file is checked
Before a move progresses, your documents are audited for completeness and order, so gaps are found early rather than late.
Training, if a gap exists
If a role needs a skill or certificate you do not yet hold, our training partner may run a course against that demand.
What we will never do.
We will not promise you a job. We will not promise you a visa. We do not give immigration advice, and no check we run predicts what a government will decide about your application.
If anyone contacts you claiming to represent this group and offering a guaranteed job or visa in exchange for a payment, that is not us. Write to the group office and tell us.
Be careful with anyone who is certain about a decision they do not make.
