Hire the person. We hold the employment.
Bilocation employs someone in their own country on a client's behalf. The client directs the work. The contract, payroll and statutory obligations sit with us.

What it solves.
You have found the right person, and they are in a country where you have no entity. Setting one up for a single hire is disproportionate. Paying them as a contractor when they are plainly an employee is a risk you do not need.
Bilocation becomes the legal employer. The person works for you day to day, on your projects, in your systems. Their contract, payroll, statutory deductions and local obligations are ours.
The arrangement is documented on both sides: a services agreement with the client, a compliant employment contract with the worker in their own language and their own law.
At a glance
When to use it, and when not to
Being clear about the limits is part of the product.
Use it for
A first hire in a new country, a small distributed team, or keeping someone who has moved home. Anywhere an entity is not yet justified.
Do not use it for
Disguising an employment relationship, avoiding a statutory obligation, or building a workforce you intend to keep off the books indefinitely.
Grow out of it
When headcount in a market justifies an entity, we will say so, and help hand the employment across rather than quietly keep the fee.
