Employers post roles and work through shortlists in one place. Candidates hold one verified profile rather than sending the same documents to five recruiters. Partners work inside the same records rather than mailing files back and forth.

The platform is built in house and owned by the group. The roadmap answers to the businesses using it, the data stays under one controller, and a new market can be brought on without buying another system to run it.
