Board oversight
One board sits over the portfolio. Each company reports into it on the same cycle, and so does every in-market partner.
Long-term ownership
Companies are held and grown. The group is not built around an exit, so decisions can be made on a longer horizon than a single contract.
UK contracting standing
Clients contract with a company incorporated in England and Wales, under English law, whichever part of the group delivers the work.
Licensed partners only
In supply markets we work through operators licensed by the relevant national authority, under written agreement with the group.
Documents before movement
Files are checked for completeness and order before anything progresses. This is a documentary check. It is not immigration advice and it does not predict any visa outcome.
Written terms first
Scope, costs and responsibilities are quoted in writing before an engagement starts. Nothing is agreed on a phone call alone.
What we will not do.
Cross-border hiring attracts bad practice, and most of it follows the same few patterns. We say no to them in writing, in the contract, rather than in a values statement.
We do not charge a worker for the promise of a job. We do not advise on immigration or predict the outcome of a visa application. We do not move a file that is incomplete. We do not work with an unlicensed intermediary in a supply market, however well connected they are.
The shortcuts are where the harm is. We have priced them out rather than argued about them.

The board sits over the whole portfolio. Operating company management reports into it, and so does every in-market partner relationship.
