We follow published demand, not speculation.
Corridors open where employers are short of people and a legal route to work already exists. Nothing is opened on hope.

Where people come from
- Pakistan
- Nepal
- Bangladesh
- Philippines
- South Africa
Where the work is
- United Kingdom
- Europe
- Gulf states
- Canada
New corridors are added market by market, with a licensed operator on the ground before the first candidate is registered. A destination market is only opened where a lawful route already exists: a licensed sponsor, a quota corridor, or an approved demand letter.
Opening a corridor
What has to be true before we start.
Demand is documented
Published shortage data, a named employer with a real vacancy, or both. Anecdote is not a market.
A legal route exists
There is a lawful basis for the person to work in the destination country. If there is not, the corridor does not open.
A licensed operator is in place
Sourcing is done by an organisation licensed in the country people are coming from, under written agreement.
Document standards are set
What a complete file looks like is agreed in advance and checked before any spend on a move.
Terms are written
Employer terms, partner terms and candidate-facing information are all in writing before the first registration.
