The businesses we own, and the partners we work through.

The operating businesses are wholly owned. Partners are independent organisations working with the group under written agreement, which is why they sit on their own tier rather than below the group.

Ownership sits with the group. Delivery in supply markets runs through licensed partners under written agreement, which is how a UK company stays accountable for work carried out thousands of miles away.

Why hold them together.

A permanent hire, a contract team and an employer-of-record placement are three different businesses. They price differently, carry different risk and answer to different law. Running them as one company means doing all three badly.

Holding them in a group solves the other half of the problem. The client meets one organisation, the candidate holds one record, and the cost of technology, compliance and market entry is carried once rather than four times.
