Resource Pool Group connects jobseekers in Pakistan, South Africa, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines with employers in the UK, Europe, the GCC and Canada. Every candidate and every employer enters through WorkGlobal. Four routes sit behind it: permanent placement, contract teams, employer-of-record hiring, and training.

WorkGlobal is a job-matching platform with two sides. Jobseekers in Pakistan build a verified profile once. Employers post roles free of charge. Each match is then routed to the arm that will deliver it: a permanent hire, a contract engagement, an employer-of-record placement, or a training pathway that leads to one.
Verified candidate profiles with documents, experience and skills captured at onboarding.
Live vacancy feeds across the UK, Europe, the GCC and Canada, matched against candidate profiles.
Each match is routed to Direct Jobs, HireDesk, Bilocation or Training depending on the role and the candidate.
International placements pass a GateScore documentary audit before any visa spend.

Each route is a separate business with its own operating model. WorkGlobal feeds all four. The compliance gate applies to all four.
Permanent international placement

Direct Jobs places candidates into permanent roles with international employers. We work against documented labour shortages, so every mandate starts from real demand: a licensed sponsor in the UK, a quota corridor in Europe, or an approved demand letter in the Gulf.
Recruitment for overseas employment from Pakistan runs through our licensed partner Thrive Consulting, with demand attestation and emigrant protection handled through the official BEOE and Protectorate process.

Freelance and contract managed teams

HireDesk builds and manages remote contract teams. Employers get vetted professionals for project work, ongoing support functions or full delivery teams without adding permanent headcount.
We handle sourcing, contracting and team management so the client works with one accountable partner rather than a set of individual freelancers.

Employer of Record in 150+ countries

Bilocation lets an employer hire in a country where it has no legal entity. We act as the Employer of Record: the worker is employed locally and compliantly under our infrastructure, while the client directs the day-to-day work.
Payroll, statutory benefits, tax withholding and local labour-law compliance sit with Bilocation. The client avoids entity setup and carries no foreign employment liability.
Train in Pakistan. Work abroad. RPG × Thrive.

The Training route prepares Pakistani workers for roles where international demand is documented. Candidates train in Pakistan with verified local providers against a specific destination and occupation, then move into placement through the other three routes.
Employers can commission train-to-hire cohorts built around their own vacancy pipeline. Candidate-funded places carry a simple promise: complete the programme and any subsidised amount is refunded. Every international placement from training passes GateScore before departure.
Most recruitment from Pakistan still runs on cold calls, paper demand letters and middlemen. Resource Pool Group is building the alternative: one connected system that carries a worker from first contact to first day at work, and an employer from vacancy to verified hire. We invest heavily in our own IT and AI rather than renting someone else's, because the technology is the business.
A two-sided matching engine built in-house. Verified candidate profiles matched against live international vacancies, with each match routed to the right delivery arm automatically.
Vacancy and salary data drawn from job-market APIs across more than a dozen countries, run against shortage-sector analysis so recruitment and training follow documented demand, not guesswork.
Document capture with OCR at onboarding, and the GateScore audit checking every file for completeness, consistency and sequencing before visa spend. Documents only; visa decisions stay with governments.
A purpose-built system managing the training pipeline end to end: shortage analysis, course catalogue, institutes, cohorts, commissioning and invoicing, connected to placement.
Pakistan sends hundreds of thousands of workers abroad every year through a process that has barely changed in decades. We are pioneering a different model for this sector: technology-led matching, documented demand, audited files and licensed delivery, working as one system. Each part of the group strengthens the rest. The platform feeds the routes. The routes feed the data. The data decides what we train next.
GateScore is our documentary compliance audit tool. Before any visa spend on an international placement, it checks that a candidate's file is complete, consistent and correctly sequenced for the destination: identity documents, qualifications, attestations, medicals, funds evidence and the local emigration steps.
GateScore audits documents only. It does not give immigration advice and it does not predict the outcome of any visa application. Decisions on visas rest entirely with the relevant government authorities.
Checks the completeness, consistency and sequencing of a candidate's documentary file against the destination's published requirements.
Every international placement across all four routes passes through GateScore before visa-related spend is committed.
Not immigration advice. Not a visa-outcome prediction. Not a substitute for the official application process.
One pipeline runs through the whole of Resource Pool Group. WorkGlobal handles matching. Direct Jobs, HireDesk, Bilocation and the Training route deliver, each under its own operating model.

We follow documented demand. Employer markets are chosen where labour shortages are published and legal routes exist, and new candidate countries are added as we expand.

Quota-based legal migration routes, including Italy's Decreto Flussi programme with Pakistan on the priority-country list.

Attested demand letters and the established Gulf employment process from Pakistan.

Employer-driven programmes for occupations with documented shortages.

Our candidates are currently Pakistani nationals resident in Pakistan, with onboarding, verification, training and pre-departure steps run in-country through our platform and our licensed partner, following the official BEOE and Protectorate of Emigrants process. Candidate operations are expanding into South Africa, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines, opening new corridors on the same platform and compliance standard.
Recruitment for overseas employment is a licensed activity in the countries we recruit from. The group is structured around that: a UK parent on the employer side, licensed delivery on the candidate side, and new countries added on the same standard.
United KingdomThe parent company. RPG owns the group's platforms and brands, holds employer relationships in destination markets and sets the compliance standard every route follows.

PakistanOur licensed overseas employment promoter and delivery partner in Pakistan. Thrive handles in-country recruitment, candidate processing and the official emigration steps, and co-operates the Training route.

We are expanding candidate operations into new countries, starting with South Africa, Nepal, Bangladesh and the Philippines. Each new country runs on the same platform, the same document standard and the same rule: licensed delivery or none.
