Resource Pool Group is a holding company in the ordinary sense of the term. It owns its businesses outright, decides how capital moves between them, and keeps the functions that are expensive to duplicate in one place.

When a client asks who stands behind a contract, the answer is a UK company with its own resources, its own board and its own reporting, rather than whichever office happened to take the call.
