Remote and contract teams, managed.
HireDesk staffs work rather than seats. It runs through two divisions: Services for delivered work, Support for ongoing cover.

Two divisions
One is a project. The other is a rota.

HireDesk Services
Division · Delivered work
Skilled remote teams delivering defined work for a client, run and managed by us. The client sets the outcome and the standard. We assemble the team, supervise it and answer for the output.
Suited to work that has a scope and an end: build-outs, migrations, backlogs, seasonal load, a function a client wants running before they hire for it permanently.
Managed by HireDesk. The client does not carry the people.

HireDesk Support
Division · Ongoing cover
Back office and customer support cover, staffed remotely and held to agreed service levels. Hours, response times and escalation are written down before anyone starts.
Suited to work that never ends: inbound support, scheduling, claims and admin processing, out-of-hours cover, the functions that quietly consume a growing company.
Continuous cover against a service level, not a headcount.
Why this sits apart from placement.
A permanent hire is a transfer. A managed team is a service. They are priced differently, supervised differently and carry different risk, which is why HireDesk is a separate company rather than a line on the placement menu.
The people work for HireDesk. The client gets the output, the reporting and one point of contact, without taking on employment in a country they have never operated in.
You are buying work that gets done, not a person to manage.
